The social policy department deals with policy and operations of all municipal tasks in the social domain. We work closely with the municipalities in the Gooi and Vecht region. Our implementation organization takes care of access to appropriate support for residents of the municipality of Huizen, Blaricum, Laren and Eemnes (HBEL).

The business operations cluster monitors, controls and improves the service provision and quality. The services must be provided as efficiently as possible. Hereby a translation must be made of (national) policy to the desired service. The Operational Management cluster also implements the “Grip on the social domain” program. Requirements:
– A completed education at least hbo bachelor level;
– Immediately available on April 1, 2021;
– A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a senior operations officer (25 points);
– Demonstrable work experience in setting up contract management (20 points);

Assignment Description:
The colleagues working in this cluster ensure solid business operations. The cluster provides the information, advice, framework and support for the other clusters in all task areas of operations (personnel, finance, information, automation, taxes, legal and facility management). They work on integrated solutions with the customer demand at the center and are managed from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line.

Requirements:
– A completed education at least at the hbo bachelor level.
– A completed education in the field of Communication at least at hbo bachelor level
– At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of Communications Consultant in the past 5 years
– At least 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the social domain in the last 5 years
– Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience with Factor C in the last 4 years

Junior/Medior accountmanagers

To complete our account team we are looking for an account manager. As an account manager you are expanding your customer portfolio with both offline and online methods and tools. This way you will be the first to be approached for the correct handling of various aspects. It is therefore important that you are able to listen carefully to the wishes of the customers in order to make a concrete plan. Content Specialist

The customer wants to implement a content strategy in which reuse of content is central. The content specialist advises on the design of the CMS and the content model to support this. The client must then be able to independently adapt this design. The content in the CMS should initially be used for the website and internal websites for the customer contact center. This can be expanded in the future.

  • You have a good command of the Dutch language

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in designing, developing and developing external and internal websites.

Technical Consultant

The CMS must be able to feed multiple sites/applications, both internal and external, with unique or shared pieces of content. Initially, the CMS will be the source for the websites managed in the current CMS and the internal knowledge base for the customer contact center.

The technical consultant is responsible for the quality, future-proofing of the platform, including the CMS and the Websites design and layout, and for the architecture.
