As a senior chain manager, you have a coordinating role with regard to the services provided by Logius (and its suppliers) towards its customers, namely the (co) authorities and its supporters. You independently handle notifications from customers regarding the service and you communicate proactively about this. Crucial here is the management of the suppliers. You advise the product owner on improvement processes and you carry out analysis and implementation processes and take care of management. Through your activities you contribute to effective data exchange between companies and governments, harmonize processes, and standards within the national government. You reason from the services provided by the client, a world that is on the move 24/7. Continuity is the most important concept here. The work within our chain and architecture is complex. You will come into contact with different systems, networks, and parties. We expect you to be able to deal independently with various stakeholders, such as Product Owners, testers, administrators, users,
and developers. In short, you are environmentally aware and have good communication skills. Dealing with the dynamics of a landscape and a continuously changing technology landscape is not strange to you. But you are also working on existing services, where you focus on the greatest possible usability and availability of the application. In that context, you solve incidents and problems, but you also ensure that issues are identified at an early stage. The person we are looking for thinks along and can explain what is possible. You deal well with high expectations and deadlines and you come up with alternatives, solicited and unsolicited. You know how to retrieve information when necessary, have a flexible basic attitude and are accessible. You are analytically strong. You can share information at various levels and you are politically sensitive. You organize your work independently and take action yourself.
