– Making an account and management plan in collaboration with the account manager.
– Scheduling and confirming customer and prospect appointments (with accompanying agenda together with the customer)
– Setting up, reviewing and following up offers
– Analyzing customer and prospect portfolios
– Translating the risk profile into solutions i.c.w. his / her account manager
– Processing visit reports (follow-up of the actions)
– Partly responsible for high customer retention and is the first point of contact for the customer
– The independent realization of new business on the existing portfolio (New Add)
– Generating leads for the account manager.
– Contributes to market intelligence gathering by tracking competitor products and customer responses.
– Preparing a visit to the customer and prospect for the account manager in Finly
– Fulfills the role of linking pin between Advice and Service organization
– Correct administration of contacts and documents in the CRM system Vizier
